Delicious Treats, A Prime Fireworks Viewing Location & A Chance To Ride Epcot’s MOST Popular Ride, After The Park Has Closed!
Each time I visit Epcot, I find myself wondering, “where will I watch the fireworks from tonight?”
Ask any Walt Disney World veteran, and they may or may not share their favourite spots to watch Epcot’s nightly spectacular, Illuminations: Reflections Of Earth (for me, it’s on the steps in the Canada Pavilion or facing World Showcase, with the Fountain Of Nations behind me).
But after lining up to get a last-minute snack or beverage, it can be difficult to find a great view. Some people grab a prime spot 60-90 minutes before the show, which means they don’t get to explore Epcot during the park’s most beautiful and relaxing hours.
Fireworks Dessert Parties Are The Solution To This Problem
Many of my clients like to plan one “special” event for each Walt Disney World trip. Whether it’s one of the many tours you can take, or a visit to a fancy restaurant, or a character meal, or an off-hours, “hard-ticket” event, they’ll choose one experience which costs extra, to make this trip a little more unique.
Fireworks Dessert Parties have been available at Epcot and Magic Kingdom for years, and they’re quite popular! They take place in reserved areas with a GREAT view, and feature wonderful offerings (see menu below). This option is especially popular with my clients who have family members with special needs, or who feel uncomfortable among tight crowds.
Epcot’s New Frozen Ever After Sparkling Dessert Party, takes place in World Showcase Plaza East, overlooking World Showcase Lagoon.
What’s different about this Fireworks Dessert Party?
After Illuminations is over and the park has officially closed, you’ll get to ride Frozen Ever After, the MOST popular ride in Epcot!
“…will feature décor, drinks, desserts and snacks inspired by the beloved film, “Frozen.” Don’t worry about staking out the perfect spot to view the fireworks, because Frozen Ever After Dessert Party guests will have reserved seating. Sip on specialty cotton candy lemonade or “melted snow” and other non-alcoholic beverages, which will delight guests of all ages. Adults 21 years and older can enjoy alcoholic beverages such as a piña colada, margarita or “Summertime Punch,” a refreshing blend of prickly pear syrup, vodka, lemonade and ginger ale.”
Desserts and snacks will be served on three buffet stations – check out the menus!
